About UnScript2k20

Unscript is a 24 hour hackathon conducted at a national level. Being the 3rd edition of the same, we have collaborated with various companies in the past and also had students from various parts of the country be a part of this mega event. We hope to see you join us for this annual event and help us make it a giant success.

The hackathon includes:

  • 24 hours coding

  • 3 domains

  • 50+ Teams

  • Lots of learning with a competitive atmosphere

Our Domains

Machine Learning

Machine learning is the scientific study of algorithms and statistical models that computer systems use to perform a specific task without using explicit instructions, relying on patterns and inference instead. It is seen as a subset of artificial intelligence

A blockchain, originally block chain, is a growing list of records, called blocks, that are linked using cryptography. Each block contains a cryptographic hash of the previous block, a timestamp, and transaction data. By design, a blockchain is resistant to modification of the data

App/Web Development

Mobile app development is the act or process by which a mobile app is developed for mobile devices, such as personal digital assistants, enterprise digital assistants or mobile phones. Web development is creating useful web applications

A hackathon is an event where in participating teams are provided different real-life problems and they have to design a technological solution to anyone of the problems given in the given time limit. The final product developed should be usable in real life.

You can come prepared with half baked codes, write your own APIs and modules.

Each team should comprise of a maximum of 4 members including the team leader. Team members can be from different colleges.

All team members need to register on Devfolio (Link mentioned at the top). Deadline for the same is 15th November 2020.

For beginners, it will be a great start for working on problem statements where mentors will be there to help you out with your projects. So, there is nothing to worry about any errors while you work. You will also have a good exposure to a coding atmosphere.

Problem statements will be released 1 day prior to the main event.

Selected teams will be notified on Devfolio as well as get a confirmation email. Note: Registration does not confirm selection.
